RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases however we do offer store credits and exchanges. If you have purchased the incorrect size and would like to exchange it for another style, size, or credit note please contact us at info@bykane.com.au, within seven days from the date of delivery and you will be sent an email containing a Return Authorisation number and detailed instructions on returning your garment. Once the garment is received and has undergone a Quality Control check to ensure the garment has not been worn, is in original condition and all tags are attached, the new size or style will be dispatched. Should your replacement item be out of stock, a Bykane credit note will be generated and emailed to you immediately. Please note store Credits expire within 12 months, and can be used on any item online. Once your return is received processing time can take 3-4 business days*

Please be aware, that in the event you wish to exchange your purchase, the responsibility falls on the customer to pay the appropriate postage charges to see the garment/s returned to Bykane for the exchange to be processed. Customers will not be charged additional delivery fees for the sending of newly requested style/s or size/s from Bykane to the customer. Customers who received an Item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to either a replacement or repair at our discretion, please contact info@bykane.com.au if this has occurred before sending the item back. Please note a fault does not include general wear and tear. Please note all items are checked by our quality control team and signed off on before being shipped to you so we do have a record of each piece and its condition before it is sent. Every garment shipped has a tag attached reading "Once this tag is removed, this garment cannot be returned". Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

* Any garments returned to us with stains (ie. makeup/ fake tan/ any other markings or stains) or garments that have been dry cleaned or damaged in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. Garments that have a strong odour of perfume/washing powder or similar impregnated will not be accepted back.  Bykane reserve the right to deny a refund, credit note or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. 

* Bykane recommends sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking as we are not liable if your return is not received at our address. If your parcel goes missing you will be required to provide two pieces of documentation; a proof of delivery at our registered address and a scanned image of the signature obtained upon delivery. If you cannot provide this information, Bykane will not be held accountable for any losses.

SHIPPING

Bykane offers express shipping for a flat rate of $10 AUD within Australia. Bykane uses Australia Post (signature required unless specified Authority to leave in comments section at checkout) for domestic deliveries to your nominated address. Bykane dispatches all orders from our distribution centre in Sydney, Australia. Orders received on a NSW/national public holiday will not be processed until the following business day. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be processed and dispatched on the following business day

Deliveries to Australian addresses can be expected to arrive within 1-5 business days from the time of shipment. Most metropolitan deliveries are received next day, where the order is received between Monday - Friday and prior to 1:00pm AEST. For regional deliveries, please allow an extra 3-4 business days depending on your location.

When your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@bykane.com.au. In the case of any delay to processing times, you will be notified by email. All orders are processed within 1-2 days. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. You must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where applicable, and at least one contact telephone number. To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. If no one is at your specified address when delivery is attempted, Australia Post will leave a calling card with further information on a redelivery or pick-up. (Unless specified in comments section that you give Australia Post Authority to leave the parcel)


- Orders over $350 will receive complimentary express shipping.
- Orders below $350 a flat rate of $10 will be charged for express shipping.
